Before you book
Good hair days start with clear rules.
Secure your booking
A TT$100 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours. It is applied to your final service cost.
Come hair-ready
Arrive with clean, dry, product-free hair. Wet, damp or unprepared hair may require an additional preparation service.
Running late?
A 15-minute grace period applies. After 15 minutes, a TT$30 fee applies. At 40 minutes, the fee is TT$50. At one hour, the appointment is cancelled.
Please attend alone
No additional guests, unless that person is also booked for a service.
Cannot make it?
Call or message the salon as soon as possible. A no-show may result in restrictions on future bookings.
